iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings with gear teeth – versatile options for individual drives

Slewing rings with gear teeth from iglidur® offer flexible solutions for a wide range of drive requirements. With four standardised gear tooth options and additional possibilities, they enable maximum adaptation to different applications.

Options for teeth:

• External teeth: Ideal for direct drives and common applications.
• Internal teeth: For compact designs and protected drive solutions.
• Retrofitting: The PRT-04 series slewing rings can be easily supplemented with add-on teeth – for additional flexibility in existing systems.

Our slewing ring bearings with gearing can be used without lubrication or maintenance. Whether spur gearing according to DIN 3967 or standard toothed belt profiles (T10, AT10, HTD5M), the variants offer a tailor-made solution.

The gear teeth are also available in stainless steel as an option – ideal for applications in corrosive environments. In addition, the sliding elements are interchangeable so that they can be individually adapted to the area of application, whether FDA-compliant environments or universal sliding elements made of iglidur® JPF – proven PTFE-free, tested in the igus® laboratory for load and wear.
