Vis trapézoïdale dryspin® à sortie usinée pour moteurs drylin® E, 250 et 500 mm
Motorized lead screws from dryspin® thread technology
Threaded spindles are machine elements that are used to convert a rotary motion into a linear motion. The trapezoidal threaded spindles and threaded nuts from igus® are based on the principle of lubrication-free linear technology. The properties and geometries of the dryspin® thread technology, which are matched to the plastic nut and trapezoidal threaded spindle, guarantee a longer service life and greater efficiency. The standard range for motor spindles includes ready-to-connect thread dimensions from TR08x1.5 to TR12x6P3. Suitable for our drylin® E spindle stepper motors.
Advantages of drylin® trapezoidal thread spindles:
100 % maintenance-free dry running
Quiet and vibration-free running
Insensitive to dust and dirt
100 % corrosion-free
High efficiency
Cost-effective purchase
Fast delivery times
The cross-section of the trapezoidal thread corresponds to an isosceles trapezoid with an angle of 15°. The flank angle is 30°. Compared to the standard thread, the trapezoidal thread spindle has a larger diameter and a larger pitch. The lead angle of single-start trapezoidal threaded spindles is smaller than the arc tangent. This results in self-locking. Double-thread lead screws, on the other hand, are only restrained.
