As ready-made systems with a tube made of aluminum, carbon, stainless steel or PVC, the ball bearings prove their worth as conveyor rollers for deflecting films and labels or for conveying goods. By using wear-resistant high-performance polymers as well as thin-walled tubes, they provide weight savings of up to 48% compared to metallic solutions. Their mass inertia is thus 42% lower, the energy required for acceleration is thus considerably lower, and the rollers reach the conveying speed sooner.

Non-stick coating 2.0: We are adding a new variant to the conveyor roller portfolio with non-stick coated aluminum tube. Dark gray instead of black, but with improved adhesive label adhesion properties than our non-stick coated version in black.

Applications: Labeling technology, packaging industry, film deflection

On request, the flanged ball bearings are also available in white. To do this, please replace the suffix "S180-10-ES" with "B180-30-ES" using the igus article number search (e.g.: BBT-AF20-606-B180-30-ES).
